Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not pleased with your order please contact us and let us know so we can do our best to make it right. We do not generally accept returns unless it is an error on the part of Hollywoof Styles, but we will be happy to exchange your item.
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Only items that have NOT been worn or damaged can be exchanged and must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
We highly recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Hollywoof Styles is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
While we do not replace items that are chewed or damaged by your pet we may be able to fix it for a reduced cost rather than you having to purchase a new item so please contact us if this happens and we will see what we can do.
